We are open 7 days a week, 9am - 6pm and are located at 714 W Appleway Coeur D Alene, ID 83814. Located on the first floor of the Asthma & Allergy Building in Suite 102. There is plenty of parking in the front and rear of the building. On Appleway between Hwy 95 and Ramsey Rd.
There are two different ways to purchase a gift card—online or in person. As we are generally in appointments throughout the day, if you would like to purchase a physical gift card, we ask that you call us first to arrange a time to come in. The most convenient way is to purchase online—click on the link and you’ll be directed to Vagaro to purchase. As with any online purchases nowadays, you will be required to create an online account. If you need assistance with purchasing online, feel free to call us and we’d be happy to walk you through.
We don't accept health insurance or third-party billing. However, you can use HSA/FSA funds for massages, though it's not guaranteed. We can provide a receipt for reimbursement if needed.
Booking an appointment is easy! You can call, text, email us, or book directly through our website using Boulevard software.
Out of respect for each other's schedules, if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please give at least 24-hours’ notice to allow us to attempt to fill your vacancy. We understand that emergencies do arise that don’t always allow for adequate notice, however cancellations with less than 24-hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the cost of the scheduled appointment. No-shows and appointments cancelled with less than 4-hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the price of the massage scheduled. If you consistently cancel or no-show your appointments, you may be restricted or prohibited from scheduling at 208Massage&Spa. A credit or debit card is required to reserve all appointments. Absolutely! All of our service providers are licensed in the State of Idaho and carry their own liability insurance. It is a requirement to be employed at 208Massage&Spa. For more information, you can reach us at info@208Massageandspa.com.
You should never feel obligated to tip for your appointment. While it is always appreciated, it is never expected. Another wonderful way to show you enjoyed your experience is to write an online review, refer your family, friends and co-workers or to purchase a gift certificate for them.
