Karin Smith

Hi! My name is Karin Smith. I am lucky enough to live and work in beautiful Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. I moved here with my husband and our “fur babies” from Boise, and I couldn’t be happier. The lakes, hiking, biking, camping and all things outdoors truly make this area special. With such a serene setting, along with my expertise in massage, I took the leap and opened 208Massage and couldn't be happier. I graduated from the Healing Arts Institute in Ft. Collins, CO in May of 2001 and have been in love with massage therapy ever since. I started my career in massage onboard a luxury cruise ship in 2001, having obtained many great skills and memories while onboard. I came back to land after more than a year of hard work and transitioned to working in a holistic health center and high end day spa. In 2007, I was presented with an exciting and rare opportunity to return to the high seas as a personal massage therapist to the owner of a fleet of yachts. After 4 years away, I returned to Colorado and began working in a chiropractic clinic. When my husband and I moved to Boise in June 2017, I was fortunate to have worked in an Aveda spa for 2 years and was able to establish a thriving clientele before moving to Coeur d’Alene. I specialize in deep tissue massage and injury prevention/treatment, but don’t let that intimidate you – my relaxing massages will leave you wishing you’d booked a longer session. I look forward to earning your trust and giving you an incredible massage! When I’m not doing massages, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our 'kids', getting a great workout in, taking a scenic hike, and traveling.

Hi, I’m Mary! I was born and raised here in North Idaho and I’ve been a licensed esthetician for almost 3 years now! I’ve been passionate about skincare my entire life, so in January of 2022 I finally took the plunge to become an esthetician! I’m always pushing myself to learn new techniques and expand my knowledge to provide the best service to all of my clients. It’s my goal to give personalized services to everyone that I see so I can target any concerns and allow each person to leave feeling their absolute best! I’m so excited to join the 208Team as their new esthetician and I can’t wait to meet all of you!

Hello! My name is Danyelle and I have been a massage therapist since graduating from the American Institute of Clinical Massage in Post Falls in early 2020. I first got into massage because it fit well into my lifestyle of traveling and I’ve always been told I have a calming presence. Once I started massage school I realized how much I love the bodywork too! Now massage fits well into my life of having a family and I have the perfect work life balance. Prior to working for 208 I worked at a resort spa and I’m really excited to branch more into the local community and build relationships with my clients. I try to be a good balance of relaxing and clinical in my massage and I am looking forward to all the experience I will gain at 208. I’m very excited to be apart of the 208 team!

Hi! I’m Alexa, but please call me Lexi. I believe massage should feel indulgent—but it’s truly a self-care necessity. Before becoming a licensed massage therapist, I spent years in healthcare as a caregiver and CNA, and massage became essential for helping me stay strong enough to care for others. That’s when I realized I wanted to be a healer myself, easing tension and helping people feel better through therapeutic touch. In massage school, while diving into anatomy and hands-on training, I kept envisioning the kind of place I hoped to work. 208Massage&Spa has everything I dreamed of—halotherapy, red light therapy, sauna, massage, esthetics and a calming, beautiful atmosphere. I’m thrilled to be here - it truly feels like a dream come true!

Hi, my name is Morgan. I've been a massage therapist for a little over two years now. I offer a wide range of modalities, but I love doing Swedish massage and lymphatic drainage. Helping people relax is one of my favorite things to do! When I'm not helping people feel more relaxed and at ease, you can find me in my garden with a good book or working on an embroidery project! I look forward to working with you.

Hi, I’m Amanda! I’m a nail tech with a love for intricate designs and anything with a spooky vibe. My passion for art started back in school, where I took classes and even showcased my work in art shows. Now I get to bring that same creativity to nails, turning each set into a unique little masterpiece. Outside the spa, you can usually find me curled up with a scary movie, hanging out with my fiancé, Tanner, or spending time with my cat, Piggy. I’m all about mixing creativity with a personal touch, so when you sit in my chair, you’ll get nails that reflect your style while enjoying a fun, relaxed experience. I can’t wait to create something beautiful for you.

Hey, I’m Lailah! I’m a licensed nail tech who loves creating art—whether it’s a bold statement set or something simple and timeless. I’ve been passionate about art since middle school, where I started taking classes that let me explore different styles and techniques. Now, I get to bring that creativity to nails and turn them into little works of art for my clients. A little about me—I’m obsessed with cozy vibes and love spooky vibes, especially during fall and winter (my favorite seasons). I adore raccoons and my cat Tiny drives me crazy every day. Outside of nails, I love watching Dexter, catching up on anime, playing video games, and diving into a good book when the mood strikes. When you’re in my chair, I want your appointment to feel like catching up with a friend while leaving with nails that you can’t stop admiring. My goal is always good vibes, great conversations, and making sure you walk out feeling confident and pampered.

I’ve lived in North Idaho my entire life and recently moved to Hayden with my husband and our two cats. I’ve been lucky enough to call North Idaho home since I was young, and I absolutely love everything our area offers—from hiking in the mountains to surfing and paddle boarding on the lake. My son and I spend a lot of time in the gym together, which has fueled my passion for a healthy, active lifestyle. This passion naturally led me to massage therapy. I’m deeply inspired by the mental benefits of massage—better sleep, improved mood, and a stronger mind–body connection. Massage isn’t just a job for me; it’s a peaceful space I get to step into regularly, and my goal is to help each client experience that same calm and rejuvenation. Hi there! I have been studying women’s health issues for the past 25 years. Driven to find the most natural ways to help my growing family’s aches and pains, I learned acupressure and bodywork. This has led to an intuitive and unique practice. My education includes the Acupressure Institute in Berkeley, CA, plus continuing education classes with Michael Reed Gach, the founder of the school. I graduated from National Holistic Institute in Redding, CA. My expertise encompasses a variety of acupressure and massage modalities, including Shiatsu, Thai, Acupressure, Myofascial Therapy and Reflexology. In my off time, you’ll find me spending time with my family in the mountains.
